On November 18th the 2nd Steering Committee Meeting took place at Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Selami Merdin, Senior Project Officer and Head of General Directorate of Vocational Services. In total 25 people participated including representatives of the project team, the Beneficiary, CFCU, EU Delegation in TR, Ministry of EU Affairs, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Health and Iller Bank. The Steering Committee was created in order to follow the work progress and provide a guidance on the smooth implementation of the project. The programme of the meeting consisted of two parts:
presentation of the work progress,
discussion on the selected topics.
The project team reached almost its full scale. It consists of 20 experts and 3 more will be recruited in the coming weeks. During the meeting number of decisions have been taken including one on the location of the seminars for stakeholders in Ankara, Antalya, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Istanbul and Samsun to be held next year. The next Steering Committee Meeting will take place in February 2017.
